What a good boy I was today at Swim Lesson

I started out the morning with a nice breakfast. Mom said she didn't want me to have a reason to be grumpy at swimming, so she made me nice and full! Then, she told me a surprise. If I was a good boy at swimming then we would go to Toys r Us afterwards and get me some legos! That made me really excited.

Even with the idea of getting Legos afterwards I still was nervous and scared when we got there. I pulled all my usual tactics (having to go potty, screaming, throwing a tantrum), but mom stuck to her guns, and took me to the pool. Mom made sure to give me a hug and a kiss and say I love you, cause I dont like it when she forgets, and then threw me into the water with Telia.

I cried for about 5 seconds, and then started gabbing with my teacher. I told her about Pappa and Iah's latest visit, the Mosquitos that come out at night and drink your blood, and how if I was a good boy I'd get Lego's. I really made a connection with my teacher today.

I had a lot of fun. I did really well and got lots of high fives! I floated on my back and my tummy. Telia fixed my goggles and I was able to open my eyes underwater. She also showed me how to splash the water (freestyle stroke) and I did a very good job at that. Afterclass Sherry gave my mom my success cards and it was determine I am a beginning sea otter!

We went to lunch with dad afterwards and I had fun putting my cards into my swim book. Then.....

WE WENT TO TOYS R US AND GOT LEGOS! I got a Thomas the Train lego set. I'm so excited to play with it. When dad gets home we'll put it together. Dad also got a rocket for us to put together and launch. When we were at the park about a month ago I saw these people launching these cool rockets, and I wanted one so now I have one that dad and i can put together and launch. I'm going to have a fun weekend!

Dear Mum and Dad of Ian Tilton,
Oh my goodness. I thought I was the only person in the world named Ian Tilton, but I am pleased to find out there is a little person of the same name!
I live in Manchester, England and I have a son called Joe (age 14), a daughter called Lottie (age 2) and my wife's name is Joanne. My son Joe loved Lego and Thomas The Tank Engine when he was a little boy. Now he's older he loves playing Lacrosse, Cricket and Basketball. Lottie likes Princesses and dollies.
I work at 2 different jobs: I help to run a Charity that helps grown ups and families by Counselling and Support in the Community. I have also been a photographer for many years and some of my pictures are famous. I worked with many Rock N Roll bands such as Nirvana and Guns N Roses, as well as many British bands.
Bet wishes to your lovely family from me and my family across the 'big pond'.
Yours Ian Tilton
