We received this today from our insrance company in response to the documentation I sent them about our situation in Colorado:
"I have received the photographs and estimates. I'm going to have everything reviewed by my supervisor to confirm our subrogation rights against the management company. Once I have a final answer, I will call you to discuss settlement."
Keep your fingers crossed the final answer is "yes"
