So next week I start my new attempt at losing weight and becoming fit. I start an hour and a half swim class. I'm terrified because as a former competitive swimmer, I remember how hard it was to get back into the pool after taking time off. Now not only have I taken time off, I've let my self become so over weight, and so under conditioned. I remember crying at the first day of summer swim practice after taking three months off, because what was so easy at the end of the swim season, was now sooooo difficult. I can only imagine what the extra weight is going to do, and the fact that I have no conditioning.

Sigh....Wish me luck... lol
