You can always tell it's summer as it starts getting really hot, and the amount of police officers on the road increase. We kicked ours off with a visit from Lissa, Jackie's friend, in which we did the usual going to Disneyland and heading to the beach. Jackie got a chance to go out with me into the water which I thought was especially cool as she usually just sits on her butt on the short. She was amazed at how clear the water was. I've been telling her for weeks now, but whatever :)
We're thinking about getting some snorkeling stuff, but I'm thinking after seeing the prices of the stuff out there that we'll go in stages. Probably get a mask and snorkle first and get some fins later. I can't wait to go back, and for the first time, Jackie can't either. I think we're probably headed out there Wednesday (the 4th) for sure, but we got to sneak in a little parade action as well (There's a parade down Lake Forest Dr).
